How It Works
From scan to surgical guide in five clear steps.
A structured, transparent workflow designed for busy clinicians — every stage is visible in your case dashboard.
Upload your clinical data
Share your CBCT (DICOM) and intraoral scan (STL/PLY) through a WeTransfer link. Optional clinical photos can be added directly in the portal.
Keep your WeTransfer link active until Guide.me confirms that your files have been received and verified.
Configure the case
Select the surgical site on the interactive dental chart, choose your implant manufacturer, system and implant, then define guide type and workflow.
Clinical preferences (diameter, length, reference) can be added and are considered during planning.
Review price and pay
The price is calculated automatically from the number of implants, procedure type and service (design only or design + printed guide).
Pay via WISH or request a secure card payment link. Payment confirmation does not automatically start planning.
Planning and review
Once your case is accepted into the planning queue and your files are verified, the Guide.me team prepares the digital implant plan and guide design.
You receive planning images and renders inside the portal, organised by version.
Approve or request modifications
Review each version, request a modification with your comments, or approve the plan. The approved version is locked for manufacturing.
Design-only cases receive final STL files; printed cases move to manufacturing and shipping.
Design / STL only
You receive the approved surgical-guide STL and planning report for printing in your own clinic or lab.
Design + printed guide
Guide.me manufactures and ships the guide. You can provide your own sleeves, or receive the guide without sleeves and install them according to your system specifications.
